Job Summary:

The Encoder is responsible for printing items and group barcode, Input updated SKU in the database and input stocks inventory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. ENCODING

a. Responsible for the proper keeping of data at all times.

b. Coordinate with FG Checker, Pull-out In Charge and to the immediate superior on any job concerns.

c. Encode the update new stock code and SKU on the database. Ensure the data encoded is correct.

d. Responsible for the daily printing of item and group barcode based on the schedule of packing provided by the FG Checker.

e. Input Pull out Stocks data for transfer.

f. Encode stocks inventory of regular items and Pull-Out.

g. Monitor the Inline Section output of revising and packing.

h. Monitor movement of pull-out items not limited to (transfer, unpacking and laundry)

i. Monitor the Laundry items ensure proper documentation

j. Orientation of new employee with regards to the use of ticketing system

k. Preparation of reports

2. OTHERS

· Participates on all major inventory activities of the Company.

· Encode summarize reports monthly.

  • WIP (Work in Process) from Revising.
  • WIP (Work in Process) from Packing.

· Answer Phone calls and provide feedback to the concern personnel.

· Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • College Graduate in bachelor's degree.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  • With or without related experience in Manufacturing Industry
  • Flexible in shifting schedule (Monday to Saturday)

Office Location: Porject 8 Quezon City

Pay: From Php18,200.00 per month
