We're a growing team looking for cheerful, reliable people who enjoy working with others and creating great guest experiences.
Be the warm welcome that sets the tone for every guest's stay. You'll handle check-ins, assist with inquiries, and manage simple admin and account tasks that keep daily operations smooth. This role blends hospitality and office work, perfect for someone who's charming, organized, and people-oriented.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 2-year or 4-year business or office-related course
- At least 1 year preferred experience in customer service, front desk and admin / office-related jobs
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knows basic office tools, email management, and simple accounting
- Neat and professional appearance with a cheerful personality
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-ins, payments, and inquiries
- Answer phone, email, and social media messages promptly and politely
- Record and update guest bookings, transactions, and other front desk records
- Manage accounts receivables and ensure proper safekeeping of cash and keys
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs or room status updates
- Prepare daily reports and assist with basic administrative work
- Keep the reception area neat, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Handle minor guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and resort records
