JOB SUMMARY

The position is responsible for managing the entire accounting process — from

recording daily financial transactions and reconciling accounts to preparing

accurate financial reports and ensuring compliance with all regulatory

requirements.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Oversee the complete accounting cycle of multiple affiliated entities,

including journal entries, general ledger updates, and month-end/year-

end closing activities.

 Review and approve accounts payable and payment vouchers.

 Prepare financial statements, reports, and necessary supporting

documents.

 Conduct bank and account reconciliations, including variance and

balance analysis.

 Handle payroll processing and ensure timely compliance with

government remittances and reports.

 Manage accruals, prepayments, and other adjustments in accordance

with accounting standards.

 Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.

 Provide audit support by submitting required schedules and

documentation to internal and external auditors.

 Supervise quarterly inventory of company materials and supplies.

 Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts and schedules.

 Prepare and file BIR tax returns (VAT, withholding, income tax, etc.) and

ensure they are submitted on or before deadlines.

 Assist in the renewal of permits, licenses, and other compliance-related

documents.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 Identify and recommend process enhancements to improve accuracy,

efficiency, and compliance in accounting operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

 At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred; background in

real estate is an advantage.

 Experience in cost accounting is an advantage.

 Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and database management.

 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately.
