Job Description:

  • Manage construction of the Wind Farm project, including civil works, civil Balance-of-Plant, foundations and hardstands for the wind farm.
  • Perform Quality Assurance Functions.
  • Develop and Implement Project Quality
  • Management Plan, Quality Assurance Plans, Procedures and Protocols.
  • Coordinate with a team of site personnel, the Owner's Engineer, and the Civil works contractor.
  • Undertake other duties for which the Wind Farm Civil Supervisor may be qualified to perform as
  • requested by the Company.
  • Provide expert advice to the Project Development Team in the field of Civil
  • Engineering.
  • Manage internal work teams, subcontractors and service providers

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Preferably with PRC licensed.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role, overseeing large-scale construction projects.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site during the construction phase.
  • Ability to adapt and perform site-related roles such as Construction Management and Quality Assurance Functions.
  • Experience in Land Development Work, Mass Concrete Pours and Earthworks.
  • Proficiency and good command of civil engineering principles, processes, and regulatory standards for undertaking renewable energy projects
  • Immense background in QA and QC compliance for civil works, civil Balance-of-Plant.
  • Excellent personnel and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, contractors, and stakeholders on civil works and Balance-of-Plant matters.
  • Surveying / Geodetic Engineering experience is an advantage.
  • Piling experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to relocate to Real, Quezon Province and work 6x a week onsite.
