Job Description

As an Associate Product Manager, you will manage end-to-end project execution, translate leadership vision into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project visibility, and ensure strategic initiatives move forward with clarity, alignment, and excellence in delivery.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
• Strong organizational skills and time management with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating clarity
• Experience maintaining documentation and dashboards , Asana, Jira, etc.)
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, psychology, or related field preferred

Your Daily Tasks

Project Execution & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end execution of strategic product initiatives
• Translate leadership vision into structured project plans with milestones and timelines
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies across projects
• Keep and other tools updated with priorities, progress, and documentation
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and strategic objectives

Cross-Functional Communication & Collaboration

• Act as the central communication hub for product development teams
• Coordinate inputs from product, analytics, operations, marketing, and leadership
• Communicate updates across all organizational levels
• Build credibility through consistent follow-through and transparency

Process Development & Enablement

• Develop documentation, templates, reference guides, and tools
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and visibility of product processes
• Support an iterative, adaptable approach to execution

Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor junior team members in project management best practices
• Share learnings and support team capability-building
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and strong execution habits
