Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers
• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments
• Packaging food and beverages for sale
• Selling coffee and tea blends and merchandise, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter
• Working as part of a fun, high-energy team
• Initiating and maintaining customer relationship and familiarity
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
• Various other duties as directed by the Store Manager

Job Qualifications:

• Must be willing to be assigned at Taguig
• Bachelor's degree in any field is required
• Diploma or certification in food and beverage (F&B) related-training is preferred
• Certification, award or distinction in the coffee industry is a plus
• At least two (2) years work experience as a barista
• Proven and strong knowledge and skills in coffee roasting, various coffee preparation including expresso extraction, latte art, among others
• Proven knowledge and skills in coffee equipment installation, use and maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
