What You'll Do

  • Greet customers warmly as they enter, present the menu, and help them find the perfect pastry or drink choice.
  • Accurately take orders and process payments via POS: handling cash, cards, or digital transactions smoothly.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages: espresso-based drinks, coffee, teas, juices following recipes and company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar, display cases, and seating or ordering areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Restock supplies; cups, lids, bakery boxes and assist with light packaging or order fulfillment.
  • Educate customers on menu items, recommend signature pastries or drinks, and upsell specialty products with enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficiency during busy periods and support opening/closing procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience as a barista or cashier is a plus, but a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn more than makes up for it.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; friendly, approachable, and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask with precision and maintain attention to detail.
  • Basic math ability and familiarity with POS systems to manage transactions accurately.
  • Reliable and flexible, ready to support shift coverage, including weekends or holidays, and able to stand for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for showcasing quality baked goods and beverages with care.
  • Willing to be initially assigned to BGC, with potential reassignment to Glorietta.
  • Shifting schedule (5am to 3pm / 12am to 10pm/Mid shift) with Rest Day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php834.00 per day
