The Corporate Compliance Supervisor - Registration and Immigration Services assists the Manager in providing professional services for a portfolio of local and international clients, including company registrations and deregistrations, managing corporate structures, work permits, and visa processing.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise client-related transactions to ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies such as SEC, BIR, LGU, SSS, PHIC, HDMF and DOLE.

§ Establish clear expectations while promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

§ Serve as the primary escalation point for issues or conflicts, providing timely resolution.

§ Oversee daily consulting and processing activities to guarantee accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

§ Monitor team performance by tracking productivity and quality of work against established KPIs.

§ Assists the department in providing services specializing in company registrations and managing corporate structures, work permits, and visa processing;

§ Makes regular updates on laws and regulations but not limited to new circulars, administrative orders, memorandums issued by various government agencies;

§ Communicates with clients independently;

§ Issues invoices and follow up on payment;

§ Redirect clients' mails;

§ Update and maintain records/information in ViewPoint;

§ Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree holder or equivalent.

§ Minimum of 5 years relevant experience related to corporate secretarial functions and dealings with government agencies such as Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Local Government Units, Social Security System, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, Home Mutual Development Fund, Department of Labor and Employment, Central Bank of the Philippines, Bureau of Immigration, etc.

§ At least 2 years supervisory experience in the same industry

§ Good knowledge of applicable rules and regulations of regulatory bodies;

§ Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage;

§ Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;

§ Good command of both spoken and written English and Filipino;

§ Independent and able to work under pressure.
