FLEET CUSTODIAN'S FUNCTION

  • Ensure high fleet utilization percentage of all company-owned delivery vehicles.
  • Execute a well-defined PMS plan for delivery trucks, sales fleet, and trade assets
  • Implement Pre-Trip Inspections (PTI)
  • Ensure all vehicles are in good running condition at all times.
  • Ensure full compliance to vehicle quality and integrity especially on temperature compliance and roadworthiness.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles and trade assets.
  • Keep a record of all Preventive Maintenance and repairs activities to Fleet Management System (FMS).
  • Keep a record of Trade assets inventory and audits.
  • Establish a network of repair shops and spare parts suppliers with better rates and prices.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

· Conducts regular truck audits on temperature compliance and conduct regular vehicle integrity inspections.

· Facilitate the renewal of registration and licenses, and renewal of insurance of all delivery vehicles and sales fleet.

· Facilitate vehicle rescue when needed.

· Facilitate the storage, deployment, repairs, maintenance, pull-out, and audit activities of company's trade assets i.e., freezers and chillers being deployed at customers sites.

· Perform other tasks as maybe assigned by Superior.

Qualifications

  • College Level

  • Computer literate

  • At least 1 year work experience in facilitating the maintenance and repair of light cars and trucks.

  • With experience in encoding and record keeping

  • Previous exposure in any kind of Transport Management System (TMS) is an advantage
