Job Title: Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • Office-based (8AM to 5PM)

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate closely with departments and operations teams to design and deliver effective software solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Build front-end applications with intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Power Apps.
  • Develop and maintain well-structured databases and applications in Dataverse to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and data integrity.
  • Conduct project testing to verify software responsiveness, reliability, and overall efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and automation workflows to improve functionality.
  • Prepare clear, detailed, and comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and business processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain AI chatbots using Copilot Studio to enhance user engagement.

What will make you a great fit:

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Co-Pilot Studio and Power Pages) Development experience.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
  • Demonstrate practical experience in handling other Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Proficient in utilizing JSON functions for data manipulation and integration across Power Platform solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and JavaScript for customizing Power Apps, Power Pages, and user interfaces.
  • Experience or familiarity with n8n and other automation tools is considered a strong advantage.
  • Flexible and adaptable about learning and understanding new technologies.
  • Average communication and teamwork skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Statistics or relevant field.
  • Preferably 3–5 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform solutions
