1. Live Selling & Product Presentation

  • Host live-stream sessions to promote and sell mobile phones and accessories.
  • Demonstrate product features, specifications, and unique selling points.
  • Perform live unboxing, comparisons, and hands-on walkthroughs.
  • Maintain a lively, engaging, and informative hosting style to attract viewers.

2. Customer Engagement

  • Respond to viewer questions and comments in real-time.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about pricing, promos, warranties, and product availability.
  • Encourage viewers to place orders, follow the page, and share the stream.
  • Build rapport and trust to increase customer loyalty.

3. Sales Processing

  • Assist in recording orders from live streams and coordinating with the sales/fulfillment team.
  • Ensure accurate tagging of buyers and proper order handling.
  • Follow company procedures for verification and payment confirmation.

4. Content & Stream Preparation

  • Prepare product lineups, scripts, or talking points before going live.
  • Ensure all devices are fully functional and ready for demonstration.
  • Set up livestream equipment (lighting, camera, microphone, backdrop).
  • Maintain a clean and visually appealing presentation area.

5. Reporting & Feedback

  • Provide daily or weekly updates on sales performance, viewer engagement, and customer feedback.
  • Suggest improvements for content, promotions, and marketing strategies.

6. Compliance & Professionalism

  • Follow brand guidelines and selling protocols.
  • Ensure honest, accurate product information is shared at all times.
  • Handle customer data and transactions with confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident on camera with good presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of mobile phone models, specs, and trends (Android/iOS).
  • Experience in sales or live streaming is an advantage.
  • Basic technical skills for operating livestream equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
