
HR Recruitment Staff

Job Summary: Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the organization hires qualified and suitable candidates. This role supports manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Post job advertisements through various platforms (online, print, referrals, etc.).
- Source and screen candidates through resumes, applications, and initial interviews.
- Schedule and administer pre-employment tests and interviews.
- Facilitate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Prepare job offers, contracts, and onboarding requirements.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports and applicant database.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other hiring events.
- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and labor standards.
- Assist with other HR functions when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates may also be considered).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring platforms.
- Good interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of labor laws related to recruitment is an advantage.
