Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Dining Manager
located in
BGC, Taguig
. The Dining Manager will oversee daily dining operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and the smooth execution of restaurant processes. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintaining cleanliness and order, and addressing customer concerns efficiently. The role also involves training team members and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

This position is for a newly opening Japanese restaurant under Vikings Group of Companies located at Uptown, BGC.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Proven experience in
    new store openings
    and
    Japanese restaurant operations
    .
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience in training and team development.
  • Expertise in customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution in a fast-paced dining environment.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cleanliness standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration between staff, customers, and management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure operational efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible.
  • Advantage: Ability to speak and understand the Japanese language.
