An established global leader in the field of in vitro diagnostics is looking for a Product Manager Immunology to drive strategic marketing efforts and business growth in the Philippines.

About the Role:

As the Product Manager Immunology, you will play a key role in delivering marketing strategies for the Immunology franchise. You will collaborate closely with internal commercial teams and national distributors to achieve business targets related to sales, profitability, and market presence. This is a high-impact role suited for a strategic thinker with a strong background in life sciences and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and carry out marketing plans to grow the Immunology business and meet sales and profit goals.
  • Study the market to understand customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
  • Plan and run marketing activities, such as:
    • Growing product use in hospitals and labs
    • Setting pricing and promotional strategies
    • Developing tools and materials to support the sales team
  • Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, and technical teams to make sure plans are well executed.
  • Train internal teams and distributors to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Listen to customer feedback and share it with the team to improve products and services.
  • Promote the brand and help build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences or Immunology
  • At least 3 years of experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry working with doctors, lab professionals, and healthcare leaders
  • Strong skills in planning, communication, and working with cross-functional teams
