Role Purpose:

Management for Cash Management solutions, define and execute product roadmap aligned with market trends, customer needs and business goals; monitor the performance of the bank's cash management products and be responsible to the bank's overall deposit and fee performance.

Connect the bank with 3rd party vendor/partners to improve the bank's cash management business coverage/scope.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bank's deposit and fee business growth through cash management products and services
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle: design, launch, monitoring and continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance in terms of product features/requirements, marketing/sales plan and pricing to Relationship Managers and Sales Managers
  • Ensure pricing structures are competitive and profitable
  • Provide subject-matter expertise during client pitches and implementation and gather client feedback to guide product innovation
  • Work closely with BOCHK Transaction Banking in terms of product cascade, due diligence and overall business directions
  • Work closely with relevant departments in conducting Risk Due Diligence (RDDs) and post-launch evaluations to existing and new products
  • Ensure products comply with regulatory, legal and risk management standards.
  • Coordinate with Operations and IT Units to streamline product delivery
  • Monitor operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Conduct market studies/analysis and benchmarking against competitors
  • Deliver internal/external training and product updates.
  • Track product performance against revenue, cost and profitability targets.

Job Specifications:

  • At least 4 years related work experience, specifically in the field of Transaction Banking or Cash Management business, strong understanding of payments collection, liquidity services, digital banking platforms or alliance bank partnership business.
