Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile IT and Systems Analyst to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming, server management, and IT support, with the added ability to work with creative software (AutoCAD, Photoshop) and help design process flows for our Integrated Management System (IMS). Experience in a construction or engineering environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for head office operations and coordinate with project sites as needed
  • Develop and maintain basic software/programs to support internal processes
  • Manage server configurations and perform basic network troubleshooting
  • Create and maintain 2D layouts or presentations using AutoCAD and Photoshop
  • Assist in developing and documenting process flows for the company's Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and system integration
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficient in programming (any modern language), server setup/maintenance, and network basics
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with process flowcharting and documentation (e.g., using Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or technical office environments is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
