Job Description
  • Join regular backlog refinement sessions and contribute with technical insights.
  • Participate in sprint planning to manage workload and timelines effectively.
  • Develop features and simplify business logic to enhance customer experience.
  • Engage in R&D/innovation sprints to continuously upgrade your technical skills.
  • Coordinate with project management to provide clear and accurate delivery timelines.
  • Maintain the Payment Services ecosystem by identifying and resolving bugs and issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–3 years experience as a Full Stack/Software Developer (non-negotiable).
  • Backend: Java & Spring Boot (2–3 years).
  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (2–3 years).
  • NodeJS and ReactJS experience (2–3 years).
  • Must be able to code; coding exam required.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, APIs, databases, and integration patterns.
  • Exposure to API design and UI/UX.
