Job Details

The roles involve plays a critical role that ensures seamless administrative support and operational excellence. This team handles key functions such as order management, warranty coordination, scheduling, and customer service, working closely with technicians and logistics partners to deliver timely solutions. Their efforts directly enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen client relationships, and support the overall success of our service operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or any related 4-year course (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Data Management, Data Administration, Invoicing, Order Processing, or Supply Chain ideally within manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Experience in Vertiv's customer service environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or EBS and order processing tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to working within a team environment.
