We're looking for a
Data Operator
to join our innovative team You'll play a key role in running human neuroscience experiments, assisting participants, and working hands-on with advanced research equipment. Responsibilities:

  • Assist and guide participants through the study process, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to session completion
  • Operate and calibrate advanced multi-sensor equipment for neuroscience experiments
  • Collect and accurately record participant data, maintaining high standards of detail and confidentiality
  • Troubleshoot and report technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and data systems
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and ensure efficient data lab management

Requirements:

  • At least a year of experience in any customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Filipino
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using hardware and software tools in a research or operational setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, responsible, and comfortable working in a service-oriented role
  • Passionate about neurotechnology and eager to contribute to innovative research
