Sales and Prospecting

Actively seeks new clients and leads through personal initiative such as cold calling, referrals, online prospecting, and networking.

Focused on achieving sales conversions and meeting monthly and annual sales targets.

Career-Oriented

Preferably aged 30 and above, with clear career goals and long-term vision in the field of health and business.

Independence and Leadership Skills

Capable of organizing small gatherings or health talks with different organizations, using these activities to generate sales opportunities.

Able to organize product presentations, home meetings, and mini-seminars.

Social Media Engagement

Proactive in sharing the company's campaigns, promotions, and health advocacy on various social media platforms to expand sales reach and strengthen brand presence.

Sales Generation Driven

Highly motivated to achieve sales quotas and earn incentives.

Able to handle after-sales service and build long-term customer relationships.

Health Mission Advocacy

Has a genuine passion and compassion for helping Filipinos achieve better health.

Dedicated not only to selling products but also to providing accurate information, guidance, and support to every client.

Other Sales Functions Supporting Revenue Generation

  • Develops and maintains a personal customer database or CRM system.
  • Follows up with leads and existing customers for repeat orders and upselling opportunities.
  • Participates in and/or organizes events, trade fairs, health exhibits, and community outreach programs as sales opportunities.
  • Conducts product demonstrations and provides testimonials to boost prospect confidence.
  • Builds strategic partnerships with doctors, health advocates, and community leaders.
  • Submits regular sales reports and market feedback to management for more effective strategy development.
