Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent; with experience in recruitment work is an advantage
- At least 1-2 years recruitment/recruiting experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end process of recruitment, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, administering the pre-employment exam, interviewing applicants, and performing reference checks.
- Partner with schools for graduate lists, brand building activities
- Explore and expand traditional and alternative sources of talents
- Seek to gain a deeper understanding of each job vacancy's unique requirements.
- Consult with members of the Management team to ensure that the right candidates are being placed into the right position.
- Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepares recruitment reports, recommends changes to improve the recruitment process.
- Prepare and execute job offers and ensure candidates' completion of pre-employment requirements. · Keep updated with new trends and technologies in recruitment, selection, and hiring
- Train new team members and keep the team working productively to meet goals
