TikTok Product Promo Creator

Job Summary

This role is open to creators of all experience levels who are passionate about TikTok content creation.

As a TikTok Product Promo Creator, you will create engaging short-form TikTok content to promote our products, with opportunities to support sales through affiliate marketing.

The primary goal of this role is to contribute to sales conversion and GMV growth through both recorded content and LIVE selling. This position also offers a growth path into affiliate marketing administration and campaign support as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

A. Content Creation & Promotion (Initial Focus)

• Create, edit, and post TikTok short-form videos promoting assigned products in line with brand guidelines and campaign briefs.
• Produce authentic, engaging, and trend-driven content to maximize reach, clicks, and conversions.
• Research and apply relevant TikTok trends, sounds, hooks, and formats.
• Follow content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign requirements.
• Ensure all posted content complies with TikTok community guidelines and affiliate policies.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with the team regarding deliverables, timelines, and revisions.

B. TikTok LIVE Selling

• Gradually host or co-host TikTok LIVE selling sessions once the TikTok Shop and content setup are complete.
• Present products clearly during LIVE sessions, highlight key features, pricing, and promotions.
• Engage with viewers in real time by answering questions and encouraging purchases.
• Follow assigned LIVE schedules, promotional timelines, and sales campaigns.
• Ensure LIVE sessions comply with TikTok policies and selling guidelines.

C. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor basic content and LIVE performance metrics (e.g., views, clicks, orders, GMV).
• Provide basic feedback or insights on which content or LIVE approaches perform well.
• Assist in maintaining simple tracking sheets or reports when requested.

D. Affiliate & Admin Support (Future Growth Path)

• Support campaign execution, flash sales, and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain affiliate tracking sheets, databases, and internal documentation.
• Assist in preparing weekly or monthly performance and campaign reports.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Active TikTok user with experience creating short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, and engagement strategies.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging audiences in real time during TikTok LIVE sessions.
• Interest in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and sales-driven content.
• Clear and professional written communication skills.
• Basic data handling skills (Google Sheets / Excel).
• Strong time management and task organization skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when TikTok LIVE schedules or campaigns require (e.g., evenings or promotional days).

Nice to Have

• Experience with TikTok Affiliate Center.
• Prior experience hosting TikTok LIVE, Shopee Live, or Lazada Live selling sessions.
• Background in marketing operations or campaign coordination.
• Familiarity with task or project management tools
