Macrologic Diversified Technologies, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities and Admin Supervisor with Safety Officer experience to manage our facility operations and ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained work environment.

This role combines facility and administrative management with workplace safety and compliance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities, and equipment.
  • Supervise administrative support functions such as logistics, inventory, and office services.
  • Act as Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs, policies, and emergency procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety training for employees.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and government agencies for permits, compliance, and services.
  • Support company events and activities with logistical and administrative requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and budget related to facilities, admin, and safety operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Facilities, Administration, or similar supervisory roles.
  • Certified Safety Officer (SO2 or higher) with hands-on experience in implementing workplace safety programs.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with procurement and vendor management.
  • Ability to multitask and address operational and safety concerns efficiently.
