Overview

As a Perene Service Companion, you play a vital role in creating the warm, memorable experiences our guests love us for. You'll be hands-on in daily café operations — from preparing drinks and serving cakes to ensuring the space is clean, inviting, and always ready to welcome guests. You are both a host and a helping hand — someone who brings "the sweetest memories" to life.

Key Responsibilities

*Product Preparation

  • Make espresso-based drinks (like lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) and non-espresso drinks (such as teas, juices, and specialty drinks) according to Perene standards
  • Slice and serve cakes, pastries, and other dessert items beautifully and efficiently
  • Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently

Customer Experience

  • Greet and serve guests warmly with genuine hospitality
  • Offer recommendations and upsell items when appropriate
  • Ensure all guests feel seen, cared for, and appreciated

*Operations & Inventory

  • Monitor and replenish inventory (cups, ingredients, cleaning supplies, etc.)
  • Support in daily stock counts and sales reporting
  • Communicate any stock issues or low supplies to the team lead or manager

*Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness of counters, machines, dining area, and restrooms
  • Follow closing and opening cleaning checklists
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition

*Qualifications

  • With or without prior café experience, training provided
  • Comfortable using espresso machines and willing to learn
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and has a natural warmth when interacting with guests
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and willing to multitask
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
