ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Radiance Solar Solutions Inc. was established in 2020. We are the general contractor, dealing primarily on managing full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects and providing solar energy services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Regularly monitor the performance of rooftop solar PV systems and large scale solar projects.
  • Analyze performance data to identify and rectify issues affecting system efficiency.
  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Perform routine inspections of the PV system components, including solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and wiring.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of cleaning and maintenance of solar panels to ensure optimal energy capture.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in the solar PV system.
  • Coordinate and carry out necessary repairs or replacements of faulty components.
  • Keep records of corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed during O&M activities.
  • Stay up to date with local, state, and federal regulations related to solar PV systems.
  • Implement safety training for O&M personnel.
  • Maintain an inventory of spare parts and necessary equipment for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure that spare parts are available when needed for quick response to issues.
  • Seek cost-effective solutions for maintenance and repairs without compromising system reliability.
  • Compile and analyze data related to system performance, maintenance, and energy production.
  • Generate regular reports for stakeholders, including system owners and management.
  • Collaborate with and oversee contractors and vendors involved in system maintenance.
  • Ensure contractors follow safety and quality standards.
  • Keep track of equipment warranties and ensure timely warranty claims.
  • Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and suppliers for replacements under warranty.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all O&M activities, including maintenance schedules, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.
  • Train and manage O&M personnel to ensure they are skilled and equipped to perform their tasks effectively and safely.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as O&M in the solar industry
  • Preferably can start as soon as possible
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
