Established in 1999, AXA Philippines is one of the largest and fastest growing life insurance companies in the country. Charter Ping An, on the other hand, has 22 branches nationwide and 2,007 agents.

AXA Philippines is a joint venture between the AXA Group, headquartered in France, and the Metrobank Group, one of the largest financial conglomerates in the Philippines.

A Training Officer at AXA Philippines in Makati City primarily focuses on delivering and supporting training programs for the company's employees, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively. This role also involves reviewing, developing, and updating training content, as well as supporting various AXA initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery\: Faithfully deliver and support DL&D training programs, acting as a facilitator and/or host.Administrative Duties\: Promptly fulfill all administrative duties related to facilitation and hosting assignments.Support Initiatives\: Support DL&D and AXA distribution initiatives, as needed.Onboarding\: Attend onboarding programs as a participant and observer.Accreditation\: Undergo accreditation for various DL&D training programs.Other Tasks\: Carry out other miscellaneous tasks as required.
