Area Sales Representative – Laguna

Coverage: Laguna (Field-Based)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Area Sales Representative to manage and grow the operations of INGCO partner stores—including Gen Trade shops, dealers, and Mini Concept Stores—across the Laguna area. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, supporting partner stores, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a strategic approach, and experience handling field-based accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance by coaching, supporting, and monitoring Gen Trade partners, dealers, and mini concept stores.
  • Set sales expectations for the area and track productivity and performance of store partners.
  • Create and execute sales strategies and quotas aligned with national sales objectives.
  • Provide area-specific sales data, insights, and recommendations to help improve operations and planning.
  • Implement action plans related to sales output, customer service, product movement, and overall productivity.
  • Address partner concerns, conduct store audits, track market trends, and suggest operational improvements.
  • Forecast market needs, help prepare annual budgets, monitor variances, and recommend corrective measures.
  • Recruit new partners for INGCO GenTrade concept stores and support Cavite market expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Process client orders, gather partner feedback, and coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any course.
  • Experience as an ASR in construction, hardware, power tools, or hand tools is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Strategic, organized, and capable of handling multiple stores and field assignments.
  • Willing to travel extensively within Cavite.
  • Immediate start preferred.
