Assistant Restaurant Manager @ Peri Peri, Market Market Mall, Taguig City

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • PROFITABILITY (Finance, Sales & Control): Assist in sales tracking, store-level marketing activities, and cost control initiatives.
  • PEOPLE (Work & Service Culture): Lead shifts, supervise teams during operations, and ensure proper handover and training.
  • PRODUCT (Supply Chain, Quality & Brand Standards): Oversee food and service quality during assigned shifts, ensuring consistency.
  • Process (Operations Discipline & Reporting Systems): Support daily store operations, monitor inventory accuracy, check delivery quality, and coordinate minor repairs or escalate maintenance issues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support RM in PNL management, daily sales reconciliation, and expense controls.
  • Supervise store operations in RM's absence; ensure SOP compliance.
  • Manage labor scheduling, shift planning, and deployment.
  • Enforce food safety and quality standards across dining and kitchen.
  • Train and coach supervisors and crew on service, upselling, and brand standards.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism.
  • Prepare shift reports, daily sales reports, and incident documentation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Management, HRM, or related course.
  • 2–3 years of F&B supervisory experience.
  • Basic knowledge of PNL reporting and inventory systems.
  • Passed On-boarding Training for Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
