Transaction Coordinator/ Sales Trainer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop comprehensive training materials and resources for sales trainees, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various mediums, including virtual classrooms.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and assess the effectiveness of programs through feedback

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator in the Australian real estate industry.
  • Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring property managers is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage trainees.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in RP Data, ID4me, Box and Dice & Salesforce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
