About the role

We are seeking a skilled Jr. Site Engineer to join our team at PRIMEHOMES REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT INC.'. As a Jr. Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the execution and oversight of civil and structural engineering projects in our Quezon City Metro Manila development. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project progress, quality, and any issues that arise

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective construction plans and procedures

  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise during the construction process

  • Provide guidance and supervision to construction crews, ensuring they adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to project activities and performance

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in civil/Structural Engineering or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a site engineering role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry

  • Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles, methods, and practices

  • Proficiency in interpreting and applying engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and a commitment to ensuring a safe work environment
