JOB OVERVIEW

As a Project Manager, involves end-to-end project management, ensuring timely execution from planning to delivery within specified budget and quality standards. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating project plans, implementing effective problem-solving strategies, and fostering collaboration with supervisors and art leads for seamless team management. This role also requires proficiency in providing estimated budgets and proposals for potential clients in collaboration with the Head of Production

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a comparable role
  • With experience in 3D Production and/or pipelines or experience in the Game Development Industry
  • With ability to translate technical and non-technical Information
  • Working with Japanese clients or teams is a significant advantage
  • Must be fluent in and English
  • Solid experience with any collaboration tool (Trello, Millanote, Shotgun, etc.)
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Good resource management, planning and execution skills
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Independent and able to lead the team
