Job Summary

The Project Manager is an experienced individual in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will work closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities


• Function as the key project person for assigned projects, anticipating challenges and delays while implementing proactive solutions.


• Approve materials, reports, and other project-related documents for client submission.


• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.


• Lead project planning sessions and oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish.


• Form and manage project teams based on requirements, reallocating resources as needed to maximize efficiency.


• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company goals, profit margins, and client expectations.


• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project delivery and cost efficiency.


• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, compliance, and adherence to safety standards.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during project execution, including hiring necessary skills, sourcing alternatives, and addressing onsite challenges.


• Prepare and present necessary documentation and progress reports to senior management and clients.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project operations.
