Job Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute local marketing strategies and plans for the Visayas and Mindanao regions, in alignment with overall brand and category objectives.


• Identify and capitalize on potential market opportunities by translating local insights into actionable marketing initiatives and product development plans.


• Collaborate closely with Category, Brand, and Trade Marketing Managers to ensure cohesive brand positioning and consistent messaging across marketing activities.


• Conduct in-depth market research and consumer insights analysis to understand local preferences, trends, and consumer behaviors.


• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.


• Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget for the assigned regions.


• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to proactively identify market shifts and recommend strategic adjustments.


• Work with agencies and creative teams, as aligned and advised by the category teams, to develop effective communication campaigns tailored to the local market, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related courses
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Visayas and Mindanao markets, including consumer preferences, local cultures, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills to effectively gather and interpret market data, consumer insights, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
