Job Description

The Marine Crew Ticketing Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for seafarers and offshore personnel. This role ensures accurate and timely issuance of tickets using GDS platforms and supports the unique travel needs of the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue and manage airline tickets for marine crew while ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and airline guidelines.
  • Arrange crew reservations, routing, and re-booking using Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
  • Monitor fare options, marine/contractor fares, and flight availability to secure the most efficient and cost-effective travel solutions.
  • Communicate flight details, fare rules, and travel policies clearly to clients, including port agents, manning agencies, and crewing managers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, booking requests, schedule changes, and travel disruptions.
  • Assist clients with special requests such as seat preferences, meals, baggage, and mileage programs.
  • Manage phone and email inquiries efficiently, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Process additional travel services such as hotel reservations, ground transfers, visa assistance, and immigration-related inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Stay updated on airline product updates, marine fare policies, and industry developments.
  • Support internal staff with GDS-related questions and share updates on routes, airline changes, and travel requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or any related course.
  • Experience in a marine, offshore, or corporate ticketing environment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Sabre and Amadeus (knowledge in Galileo is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Trustworthy, organized, and committed to quality service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
