We are seeking a seasoned CRM Content Writer who will be pivotal in crafting well-thought, brand-aligned messaging across the entire customer journey—from onboarding and retention to re-engagement and loyalty campaigns. This role is key to transforming everyday customer interactions into standout brand experiences through powerful and purposeful content.

As a CRM Content Writer, the focus is on developing clear, engaging, and strategic messaging across multiple customer touchpoints, including email, SMS, and in-app communications. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write and edit engaging CRM content for various touchpoints (email, SMS, in-app, push notifications, etc.) that aligns with the brand tone and voice.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to plan and execute lifecycle and campaign messaging.

  • Work with automation tools and platforms to map content to customer journeys and triggers.

  • Localize and personalize content using customer data, segments, and behavioral triggers.

  • Ensure all messaging is clear, consistent, and enhances the customer experience.

  • Stay current on CRM trends and best practices, particularly in the creative and design industries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in content writing within CRM or digital marketing.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio showcasing CRM or lifecycle contents.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Iterable, Braze, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.

  • A strategic mindset with a creative flair and a keen eye for brand consistency.
