We are looking for a User-Generated Content (UGC) IP Content Operations Specialist to join our team – someone creative, on-trend, and passionate about producing personality-driven content that connects with audiences and supports brand growth.

Work Set-up:

  • Onsite (Work from Office)
  • Office Located at: Unit 2305B, 23F, Orient Square Building, Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro Manila

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working hours from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Salary Range:

  • Php 30,000 to Php 55,000

Job Description:

The User-Generated Content (UGC) IP Content Operations Specialist will be responsible for producing personality-driven, platform-specific short-form video content, with a strong focus on TikTok.

This role requires creative ideation, trend analysis, video production, and collaboration to deliver high-performing UGC that supports brand visibility and growth.

Content Research & Ideation

  1. Research and analyze trending TikTok content to identify creative insights and guide strategy

  2. Monitor platform updates, internet culture, and viral trends to stay ahead of content shifts

Scriptwriting & Concept Development

  1. Develop engaging short-form video scripts aligned with brand tone and campaign goals

  2. Use popular content formats and hooks to drive audience interest and retention

Video Production & Publishing

  1. Shoot, edit, and publish TikTok videos using mobile devices or basic editing tools

  2. Maintain a consistent content schedule and ensure timely uploads

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  1. Track video performance metrics to identify improvement areas in structure, visuals, and messaging

  2. Adjust content strategies based on audience engagement and platform behavior

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

  1. Work closely with internal teams and influencers to ensure creative alignment and campaign integration

  2. Ensure all content adheres to brand standards, tone, and quality guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in creating TikTok or short-form content with deep understanding of TikTok trends, internet culture, and personal branding
  • Skilled in basic mobile video editing and mobile content creation tools
  • Comfortable being in videos, appearing on camera and creating personality-driven content
  • Excellent communication skills, with conversational fluency in English
  • Passionate and committed to the beauty and skincare industry
