Novaliches Proper, Philippines Metro Retail Stores Group Inc. (Novaliches) Full time ₱180,000 - ₱190,000 per year
  • Prepares financial reports and ensures timely submission of these reports to the Corporate Accounting.
  • Evaluates and/or encodes in the system various reports such as inventory, transfer, undelivered, cancelled, and other reports related to store operations.
  • Reconciles inventory record in the system with actual physical inventory data.
  • Posts sales transactions to the journal/ ledger/ daybook.
  • Makes payment of company's statutory obligations such as Pag-ibig, Philhealth, SSS, and BIR.
  • Processes the VAT Zero Rate applications.
  • Processes supplies requisitions of the department.
  • Performs Point of Sale (POS) opening and/ or closing procedures.
  • Acts as a back up to the Branch Accountant in case of his/ her absence or unavailability during store operations. (Performs ONLY limited/ delegated functions)
  • Makes timely reports to superiors on any irregularities or disciplinary concerns on area of responsibility.
  • Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by his/ her superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
