The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, digital, and traditional design projects for international or U.S.-based clients
• Experience in packaging design, iconography, and website design
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Your Daily Tasks

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, advertisements, and product packaging
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that align with brand guidelines
• Create and manage visual assets, including illustrations, infographics, and iconography, ensuring consistency and clarity in visual communication
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects
• Prepare design files for production and ensure all designs meet legal, industry, and customer standards and requirements, particularly in packaging
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
