foreman - civil

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise installation of water and wastewater systems, including pipelines, valves, and treatment components

· Oversee pipefitting and civil structure works such as excavation, formworks, concrete pouring, and foundation preparation

· Interpret construction drawings and ensure work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations

· Manage daily workforce activities, including manpower allocation, material usage, and equipment deployment

· Monitor progress, quality control, and enforce safety protocols on-site

· Coordinate closely with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow and timely issue resolution

· Prepare daily site reports, including work accomplishments, delays, and material usage

QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduate of High School, College Level, or Graduate of any 4-year course.

· Minimum of 2 years' experience as Foreman in water, wastewater, pipefitting, or civil works projects

· Strong technical knowledge in pipefitting, plumbing, and reinforced concrete structures

· Ability to read and interpret plans, isometric drawings, and technical specifications

· Possesses a valid driver's license and is capable of driving company-provided vehicles to and from project sites.

· Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

· Familiar with site safety standards and construction best practices

· Physically fit and willing to work full-time on construction sites

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 7 months

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
