Job Description Prepare conceptual and detailed designs for transmission line projects, including: Plan and profile drawings. Tower spotting and conductor sag-tension analysis. Structure design and selection. Foundation design support. Use line design software to perform mechanical loading analysis and conductor clearances. Conduct route surveys and review geotechnical reports for foundation recommendations. Generate material take-offs (MTO), bill of quantities (BOQ), and design reports. Support the preparation of technical specifications and datasheets for line components (conductors, insulators, hardware, etc.). Coordinate with Civil, and Electrical Design teams for alignment and interface management. Support construction and commissioning phases by providing technical clarifications or design revisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Structural Engineering. Licensed Engineer (preferred) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply With 1–3 years of experience in transmission line design or a related field Familiarity with substation and grid interconnection projects is a plus. Knowledge of transmission line components (towers, conductors, insulators, dampers, grounding, etc.). Right-of-way requirements and constraints.
