Job Description
Be part of our client's team as a Payment Solutions Consultant and partner with customers to deliver tailored payment solutions that keep accounts current and services connected. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Service teams to resolve issues, remove payment barriers, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications Needed
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Strong customer focus and relationship skills with the ability to deliver tailored payment solutions
- Understanding of credit and collections processes from both customer and financial perspectives
- Comfortable with data and financial reporting; able to identify trends and prioritize workloads
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate toward shared goals
- Commercial awareness to understand customer businesses and support them in managing payments
- Proactive, empathetic approach to diagnosing issues and finding solutions
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process efficiency
- Experience using service software such as Zendesk
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity
- Understanding of Credit Risk and Collections functions and processes
- At least 2 years' experience in inbound and outbound collections calls as a Credit Officer or Collections Consultant in a call centre (advantageous)
- Proven ability to perform back-office tasks efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of Netsuite and Salesforce (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Drive brand advocacy and loyalty by deliver exceptional customer experiences, despite the sensitive nature of interactions
- Use strong influence and communication skills to deliver on financial targets, reduce overdue debt, and keep customer payments current
- Challenge the status quo with a continuous improvement mindset to empower customers by remove payment blockers and advocate solutions that help them stay connected
- Foster strong relationships with Sales and other internal stakeholders, act with a 'One REA' mindset to partner together and drive customer success
- Manage operational risk effectively, ensure they are proactively identified and controlled
- Work with various parts of the business to drive customer value, reduce process waste, and improve process flow
- Deliver highly accessible self-service and human service options to customers and ensure clear and inclusive communication
