Overview

We're looking for energetic, persuasive, and results-driven Tele-Sales Representatives to join our high-performing team in Philippines, Malaysia and India. You'll be the first point of contact for warm leads - consulting with customers over the phone, understanding their energy needs, offering tailored solar and battery solutions that make a real difference, and covert them into happy solar and battery customers.

This is a full-time, target-based role focused on residential customers, offering uncapped commissions, ongoing support, and genuine career growth in the renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound calls to warm leads generated from marketing campaigns
  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and SMS
  • Conduct phone consultations to understand customer's needs and energy usage, and recommend solutions
  • Educate customers on solar PV systems, inverter, battery storage, and available rebate
  • Prepare and provide customised quotes using internal tools and software
  • Confidently overcome objections and close sales over the phone
  • Consistently update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, quotes, conversions, etc.)
  • Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, government incentives, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years' experience in phone-based sales or customer service
  • Clear, engaging, confident, and persuasive communication skills
  • A confident closer with a consultative, customer-first approach
  • Ability to handle objections, multitask, and remain motivated under pressure
  • Proficiency with basic digital tools (CRM, email, quoting software)
  • Solar industry experience is a highly desirable but not essential
