Job Summary

The PPIC Supervisor is responsible for creating production schedules, managing inventory levels, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role requires strong planning, organizational skills, and the ability to resolve production issues quickly while meeting deadlines and maintaining product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and adjust production schedules based on purchase orders and resource availability.
• Estimate required materials, equipment, and labor for production.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
• Resolve production issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Recommend improvements to reduce costs and enhance quality and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit production status and performance reports.
• Communicate schedule changes to all relevant departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Production Planner Supervisor Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred.
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) accreditation or other relevant certification is advantageous.
• Proven experience working as a production planner.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
