JOB SUMMARY AND KEY JOB RESULTS

The Heart Station Technician is responsible for rendering quality cardiovascular/EEG diagnostics to the patients.

Key job results include on-time delivery of cardiovascular/EEG tests; accurate and prompt release of results; complete file of results; and satisfied customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs cardiovascular/EEG diagnostic procedures as prescribed by the physician such as ECG, stress tests, Holter monitoring, and EEG tests.
  • Prepares, records, and releases results of cardiovascular/EEG diagnostic tests.
  • Maintains files of results for easy retrieval/reference.
  • Prepares endorsement of ECG activities to the Pulmonary Department.
  • Ensures that safety procedures are carried out.
  • Prepares Daily Census Report.

  • Keeps and maintains equipment and apparatus.

  • Refers malfunctioning equipment to Engineering for repair.

  • Ensures the cleanliness and sterility of gadgets.

  • Performs other related functions assigned by the superiors.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate of any allied health care course

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
