Atlas Apparel is a fashion eyewear brand redefining how young professionals see style and function. We sell through wholesale, Shopee, TikTok, and our own ecommerce channels. As we expand, we're looking for a versatile Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator to manage content, subcontractors, and brand development.

The Role

This is a hands-on and management hybrid role. You'll create some basic content (TikToks, graphics, product images), manage subcontractors (designers, editors, agencies, influencers), track results, and ensure marketing projects are delivered on time. You'll also help shape the look of our ecommerce stores and support wholesale branding needs like packaging and signage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors for social media, design, and marketing projects.
  • Create in-house content as needed (TikTok videos, product photography via AI, graphics, banners, business/thank-you cards).
  • Track affiliate performance and campaign results using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strategize ecommerce store design and delegate tasks between in-house work and subcontractors.
  • Support wholesale operations by creating price lists, signage, packaging designs, and other branded collateral.
  • Generate and edit product photos/videos (basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or AI tools a plus).
  • Report weekly to the owner with project updates, performance tracking, and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable producing quick-turnaround content in-house.
  • Knowledge of TikTok, Shopee, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Basic design/editing skills (Canva, CapCut).
  • AI tools for photography are a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking affiliates and reports.
  • Previous e-commerce experience is a plus, especially with product listings and store design.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to balance hands-on work with project management.

Schedule: Full-time, On-site, Monday to Friday 7am-330pm. Saturday 8am-2pm
