As a Junior Auditor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of our financial operations. What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting comprehensive internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of our financial controls and procedures
  2. Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency
  3. Assisting in the preparation of audit reports, highlighting key findings and potential risks
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness
  5. Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices
  6. Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  5. Proficient in the use of audit software and data analysis tools
  6. Knowledge of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and compliance regulations
  7. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
