The Audio Visual Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio, video, and lighting equipment to support events, shows, and functions within the resort and casino, ensuring high-quality production and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems including microphones, speakers, projectors, LED screens, mixers, and lighting equipment.
  • Provide technical support for events, conferences, entertainment shows, and meetings.
  • Conduct sound and video checks before events to ensure equipment functionality.
  • Maintain and repair AV equipment and ensure proper storage and inventory.
  • Assist in stage setup, lighting adjustments, and multimedia presentations.
  • Coordinate with the Events, Entertainment, and Marketing teams for technical requirements.
  • Stay updated on AV technologies and recommend system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational course or degree in Electronics, IT, Multimedia, or related field.
  • TESDA NC II certification in Electronics or related trade preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of AV experience, preferably in hotels, resorts, casinos, or events.
  • Strong knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems, including troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during live events with attention to detail.
  • Physically fit to handle equipment setup and dismantling.
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
