Role Overview:

The Head of SCM Services is responsible for leading and developing the SCM Services function, ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic oversight of SCM transitions and operational management to deliver services efficiently, on time, and in compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SCM teams, ensuring high-quality output, adherence to SLAs/KPIs, and accurate reporting.
  • Serve as primary business partner and consultant for SCM transition projects and operational improvements.
  • Standardize and enhance SCM processes to optimize efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including finance and executive management, to drive effective service delivery.
  • Uphold governance, internal controls, and corporate compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management services, preferably in a multinational environment or Sharedservices.
  • 7–10 years of experience leading global transition projects for SCM-related migrations to offshore locations.
  • 15+ years of people management in a global setting.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise-wide SCM implementations, operational support, regulations, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in Business English with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills for interaction with Directors and C-level executives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability and enthusiasm to build, nurture, and develop a young SCM Services organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
