Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements across a wide range of clients and industries.
  • Conduct SMSF audits using Cloudoffis in collaboration with other accounting firms.
  • Undertake trust account audits (real estate, conveyancer, and lawyer trust accounts) and prepare statutory reports.
  • Review and finalise Owners Corporation audits and reviews.
  • Supervise work prepared by our overseas team, assist/raise client queries, and sign off on audit files.
  • Ensure compliance with professional and legislative requirements, providing clear, practical advice to clients.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for client and firm queries,with Partner support when required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any accounting related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SMSF auditing is required.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience is required for this position
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of Australian auditing standards and procedures
  • Proficient in using advanced auditing software and tools
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be willing to work on a fixed AU shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) from Monday to Friday
  • Must have a stable internet connection for a hybrid arrangement. The designated remote work area must be in a private room, separate from shared spaces used by other household members.

Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday, AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)
