As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide product/service information, resolve queries, and address customer concerns
  2. Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other communication channels
  3. Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  4. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  5. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Basic computer and typing skills
  5. A positive, adaptable, and customer-focused attitude
  6. High school diploma or equivalent
